Smart Water Corporation accepts its legal responsibilities and, as such, has made every effort to abide by the law in all its dealings with customers and clients, and to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Smart Water Corporation, to the extent permitted by law, shall have no responsibility to any person or entity for any liability, misleading information, loss or damage caused, and loss or damage alleged to be caused directly or indirectly from the use or reliance upon information contained on its online stores. The product pictures displayed are as accurate a representation as possible of the product that will be supplied; however, they may differ slightly from the actual product supplied.
Although we make every effort to ensure the Smart Water Corporation website is always available, we cannot guarantee that access will be continual and error-free, and will not be held responsible for periods when the website is unavailable. Smart Water Corporation will not be held responsible for the content and availability of other sites accessed via an external link from the Smart Water Corporation or esmartwatershop websites.
ORDERING ONLINE, DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING METHODS
Smart Water Corporation will only deliver products within Australia. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
Information about our customers is for the sole use of Smart Water Corporation. The information you provide us when purchasing a product is for administrative purposes only: specifically to ensure Smart Water Corporation can fulfill your order and communicate when necessary. Smart Water Corporation will not make available publicly, sell, give away, or distribute any customer information. Smart Water may utilise your email information to promote products or offer promotional deals that may be of interest to you. You may request at any time that you don’t receive these emails and we will withdraw your name from campaigns.
Smart Water Corporation staff hold fantastic industry knowledge and practical experience within the industry and are experts on the range of products listed on the Smart Water Corporation website and eBay platforms. If you would like any additional guidance or assistance in choosing the most suitable products for your projects, contact us before ordering. If Smart Water Corporation is out of stock of any product that you have ordered, we will contact you directly via phone or email to inform you of waiting times. Smart Water Corporation will also ask you which of the following options best suits you:
- Hold the entire order until stock becomes available
- Deliver the order, minus the unavailable products
- (When stock becomes available, we will deliver the missing items separately at our cost)
- Change the order by replacing unavailable items with an alternative, suitable replacement product
Delivery & Shipping
Smart Water Corporation will pick, pack and despatch online orders within 1-4 business days* of processing and confirming. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your goods within this timeframe, you will be notified via phone or email. Exceptionally heavy, bulky, or awkward items will be quoted for freight separately. Smart Water Corporation also offers click-and-collect options from either of our two store locations: Hoppers Crossing or Wantirna.
We can deliver to PO Boxes.
Our warehouse ships from Wantirna, Victoria. The following tables are an indication of expected delivery times provided by Australia Post.

Please note: The above information is a guideline only and is based on reasonable expectations and experience. For delivery times between specific points, please enquire at your local Post Office as local conditions may affect normal standards.
Tracking & Delivery
Smart Water Corporation uses Australia Post and Parcel Post to deliver customer orders. These systems utilise tracking codes (in the form of both barcodes and consignment numbers) to assist Smart Water Corporation and the customer in tracking the progress of deliveries.
Smart Water Corporation will provide eBay customers with their tracking numbers through the online platform. Website customers will be emailed directly with their consignment number within one business day of despatching the goods.
*Please note: During peak purchasing periods such as Christmas, our despatch times may be delayed due to the volume of orders Smart Water Corporation receives.
Guarantees, Warranties & Returns
All product guarantees are provided by the manufacturer or Australian distributor of the product, and not via Smart Water Corporation itself. Smart Water Corporation will abide by its policies when handling claims for faulty goods, or goods in need of repair.
If your product fails to work or hasn’t worked correctly during the manufacturer’s warranty period, you must first contact Smart Water Corporation and inform us of the problem you are experiencing. Some products may be required to undergo inspection, warranty repair, or replacement at the nearest service dealer. In such cases, Smart Water Corporation will assist you with the name and location of the nearest service agent.
Other products may need to be sent back to Smart Water Corporation for inspection, which will be at the cost of the customer, even during warranty periods. Smart Water Corporation will inspect the product before deciding on whether to repair, replace, or refund the payment for the product.
Product Returns Policy
If for any reason you wish to return purchased goods to Smart Water Corporation, you must first make contact with us and explain your reason for wishing to return products. You must advise Smart Water Corporation of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Products returned for replacement or credit without prior notice will not be processed. The initial cost and arrangements for the return of these products must be paid for by the customer unless we advise otherwise.
Smart Water Corporation will replace the goods or provide a full refund if the products are:
- Deemed to have a manufacturing fault or are dead on arrival (DOA)
- Deemed to have been damaged in transit
In the above instances, Smart Water Corporation will also refund the cost of returning the faulty product. However, if the product is not found to be faulty and is in working order, the cost of its return will be at the customer’s cost.
Smart Water Corporation will credit the cost of the product ordered, less a 10% restocking fee, if:
- The product you ordered was not the correct product for your needs
- The product you ordered was not fit for the purpose intended unless purchased following the advice of a Smart Water Corporation staff member
The cost of returning the product and the cost/delivery of a correct product will be at the customer’s cost.
Smart Water Corporation will not issue a refund, credit, or replacement if the goods are:
- Not returned in the way they were packaged when delivered and in a saleable condition
- Deemed to have been abused, damaged, or misused by the customer in any way, shape, or form
If a product is returned to us in this condition and your claim for refund/replacement is refused, the cost of returning the product will be at the customer’s cost.
If a product is ordered and cancelled within a week of order being placed Smart Water will:
- (If product is a standard stocked item): Refund the order, less any processing fees incurred by first transaction (eg. bank transfer or Paypal fees),
- (If product is a non-standard item): Refund the order, less any processing fees incurred by first transaction (eg. bank transfer or Paypal fees), and less a restocking fee of 10% product value.
