Suction Hose

Suction Hoses are ideal for use in medium to high-duty suction and delivery of fresh water, salt water, light chemicals, and assorted liquids. The most common application for suction hoses is evident in agricultural and industrial constructions and installations, as they are particularly resistant to UV damage, changing temperatures, and crushing/abrasion.

Rainwater tanks to Mains Switches

In most applications of rainwater tanks, the storage tank is utilised to provide a steady supply of water to a household or irrigation system, which is ideal during months when ample rainfall is available. However, an issue may arise when water levels are depleted within the tank during dry seasons. Tanks to Mains Switches are automatic switching controllers which swap between water sources (tank storage and mains water access) depending on the volume of water available within the tank system. These Tanks to Mains Switches will automatically switch to the mains water source when stored water is lacking, then back to utilising stored rainwater when the tank begins to fill again.

Pump Covers

Pump Covers are specialised housing units designed specifically to fit exposed pressure pumps. Although many Pressure Pumps are designed to function in open, external places without additional protection; they will still be exposed and vulnerable to harmful UV rays, rain and hail, and the temperamental Australian weather throughout the year. To ensure a long service life and good working condition of your unit, it is best to provide it with the most protection possible – which can be achieved by housing your pump within a Pump Cover. Not only do Pump Covers assist in protecting Pressure Pumps from eventual corrosion, but they also improve noise reduction and aesthetics.

Pressure Pump Accessories

Pressure Tanks

The main purpose of a pressure tank is to prevent a pump ‘cycling’, which is the behaviour of a pump turning itself on and off constantly when small amounts of water are required for a project. Instead, a Pressure Tank is able to feed small amounts of water where necessary to a system without having to activate a pump.

Pressure Controllers

Controllers are installed to remove the need for manual operation of a pressure pump or water system. These controllers also generally feature loss of prime protection, which prevents the pump from running and getting damaged when water is unavailable.

Pressure Gauges

Pressure Gauges are installed within a system to allow the operator to monitor and measure the internal pressure or vacuum of a system/vessel. These Gauges are required for the set-up and tuning of fluid power machines, and are indispensable in troubleshooting issues.

Pumps with Variable Speed Drive

With the increased awareness of energy-efficiency within the community, Pressure Pumps have been designed with VSD (Variable Speed Drive) to ensure that maximum efficiency is achieved while utilising the least amount of motor power available. The VSD Controller is designed so that it keeps the outlet pressure of the pump constant, regardless of the flow required out of the pump. Another benefit of using a Variable Speed Pump is that it provides you with a constant water pressure supply by preventing pressure and flow spikes that occur within most conventional house and irrigation pumps.
